Orbit is regional-first, Horizon is broader international, and Cosmos is the flagship option for the broadest available coverage. If you are unsure, choose “Not sure yet” in the demo form.
How do the family bundles work?
Duo includes 2 separate accounts, Family includes 3, and Dynasty includes 5. Every connection receives separate account credentials. Annual bundle pricing includes one yearly player license per account; monthly bundle pricing does not include a paid player license.
Will it work on my Smart TV or Fire Stick?
StreamPlanet can work with many common Smart TV, Fire TV, Android / Google TV, mobile and computer setups. Exact setup options depend on the device.
Do I need a separate streaming player?
It depends on your device and membership. Annual plans can include the supported yearly player benefit where applicable, while monthly access does not include a paid player license. We’ll guide you toward a compatible setup.
Does every stream support 4K?
No. 4K / UHD availability depends on the original source, event, device and connection.
